We have an issue where any service fees that aren't $1.50, don't match BCOL and SBC-PAY.

GOVN with custom account fees
ESRA with $1.05.

Summary of impacts here:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1AaOwJf0JP0hg1BgKT1CTlF4ppx_2yfaPx-QLknIkV8I/edit

Require summary difference in CPRD and SBC-PAY:

Invoice Date, Invoice number, amount

Rolled up Account Id - amount

Site registry is no longer an issue, we were looking at old transactions.

We'd need frontend changes to disable service fee modifications for BCOL accounts. If GOVN - and BCOL - Don't allow the service fees to be modified.

Plus some UI/UX design to determine what to display to clients if they're switching from PAD -> BCOL. (it should reset their service fees back to the default $1.50).

Next steps: @jennyschan

  1. Reach out to BCOL Admin and explain the situation.
  2. Inform them that this process will need to be re-run weekly/monthly until deposit accounts are no longer accepted in the new system.
  3. Ask them which options they have for offering our clients these refunds.
  4. We will send them the list of information they need to do the refunds.

Updates : Mar 20/23 - met with Cheryl Hall and explained the situation. Travis provided the 11 accounts for Cheryl to check if the service fee set up correctly. She will meet with Wendy, and see what options to communicate & refunds.
Ad hoc report will be run for BCOL ADMIN (upon request)

@seeker25 @jennyschan I'm not sure I understand what the next steps are here. Could either of you elucidate?

Duplicated here: #15689

As per the title, we need this so we can compare values in BCOL vs SBC-PAY. I think Kial has already built something like this for the refunds, we need it for the purchases as well.

It should print out all the discrepancies between PAY and BCOL for a specified month.

I've sent 3 reports out on Friday, need some business decisions on what we should do..

Should we fix it in PAY? (probably easiest)
Should we fix it in BCOL?
