PAY - BCONLINE service fee not matching SBC-PAY #15625
Comments
@PCC199 another ticket we may need to estimate and get going |
Site registry is no longer an issue, we were looking at old transactions. We'd need frontend changes to disable service fee modifications for BCOL accounts. If GOVN - and BCOL - Don't allow the service fees to be modified. Plus some UI/UX design to determine what to display to clients if they're switching from PAD -> BCOL. (it should reset their service fees back to the default $1.50). |
Next steps: @jennyschan
|
Updates : Mar 20/23 - met with Cheryl Hall and explained the situation. Travis provided the 11 accounts for Cheryl to check if the service fee set up correctly. She will meet with Wendy, and see what options to communicate & refunds. |
@seeker25 @jennyschan I'm not sure I understand what the next steps are here. Could either of you elucidate? |
Hey team! Please add your planning poker estimate with Zenhub @AshnaMehta @Jxio @kialj876 @MatthewCai2002 @ritvick @seeker25 |
Duplicated here: #15689 As per the title, we need this so we can compare values in BCOL vs SBC-PAY. I think Kial has already built something like this for the refunds, we need it for the purchases as well. It should print out all the discrepancies between PAY and BCOL for a specified month. Closing #15689 |
Will add to next sprint. Taking out so we can focus on SR. |
Waiting on data warehouse for this |
I've sent 3 reports out on Friday, need some business decisions on what we should do.. Should we fix it in PAY? (probably easiest) |
