This Epic is to capture the work required to allow the following business type changes:

1. BC Limited to BEN, ULC, or CCC via Alteration filing (Patty)
2. BEN to BC Limited or CCC via Alteration filing (Jenny)
3. ULC to BC Limited via Alteration filing (Dana)
