UI - Add Country to Civic Address Component

• add country to civic address component in staff registration and manufacturer's registration, and on the manufactured home page when opened from the table (as though you were going to do a transfer)
• update component and validation rules
• changes to populating region dropdown (provinces or states allowed)
• update to hint text under province dropdown and instructional info text
• updates to restrict addresses through Canada Post lookup to provinces or states

Where can I find the hint text? Or is this an old bullet point.

@LizGovier I believe the update to the hint text was to remove it. Previously it displayed as "Province must be located in B.C." right under the text field.
I believe that is what that bullet is in reference too, i think 😁
