We made 3 refund requested on May 9 for invoice ids (2175582, 2175627, 2175570). However, only one invoice id 2175570 of them status was changed to REFUNDED. The other two still in REFUND REQUESTED status. Do you have any idea why it took so long time to process?
Yes, I talked to Help Desk Dennis yesterday and he did a reverse for the money. However, the status in our invoices table is still REFUND_REQUESTED.
