Businesses that want to hold their AGM at a later date than the usual reference date must request/log an extension.
COLIN has a filing just for this that was staff-only flow. We will be creating a self-serve filing for non-staff users.

@yuisotozaki Mihai and Karim and I thought that the letters could say, "Dear Applicant" (instead of "Dear {completing party}", so that we would not have to prompt for completing party. This needs confirmation by the business, but what do you think?
