Backend: Filter excluded businesses

Ensure that only included business types are able to be associated with beneficial owners.
Entities under the BCA:

• Private companies

Excluded types
This includes:
Sol props
Societies

Questions: can all excluded businesses be filtered based solely on their entity types or are there other requirements that we will have to flag to the users in the UI? e.g. If you are a publicly traded government then you don't need to register your beneficial owners.
