Comments
@ethantspitt This is a candidate that I would like to bring forward quickly. Can you please add it to your list of work. No need to bump anything else priority-wise. |
@ethantspitt , can we meet to review the requirements I have gathered from BCOL Admin? Thanks. |
@arlentees , we are in the process of grooming this ticket and want to know if you have any concerns? please reach out if you would like more clarification. Thank you. |
@arlentees Please see Sharon's comment above. This is a new requirement in a similar area for your future enhancement consideration. We will be adding a search within any existing 'comment' fields which is a separate idea. |
Spoke with Sharon and the above screenshots she provided is for her access to be able to place MHR accts in Pending review. |

BCOL admin staff manage "Pending Review and "Suspended" accounts under the Account Management section of BCROS staff dashboard. When they are managing these statuses, they would like to be able to add comments for each account. This comment area would be editable and they would be able to add additional comments until the task has been completed.
This functionality will be available for the 4 current BCOL Admin staff. Roles
GIVEN I am logged into BCROS as staff
WHEN I go to Account Management, Open Status task, click review
THEN I will be able to add a comment.
