Think about how the full process working.

Ideal path:

  1. Business team receive filing request from mail, email or in person
  2. Business team scan the request into image(s)
  3. Save the image(s) to a share location or email to a mailbox
  4. Setup a job or automation process to monitor the above location or mailbox
  5. Process the image(s) in the Document AI service
  6. Trigger the filing process through Jupyter notebook or API
