Service BC Supports BC Registries by enabling clients to visit in office, and submit requests for:
• Search for MH
• Request a Transport Permit (all)
Analysis is needed to identify what must be completed in order to enable SBC Staff to use the transport permits. 1. Are there currently any differences between the MHR Staff and SBC flow?
No difference in terms of transport permit, other than regarding payments: MHR can only pay with BCOL account or FAS.
SBC staff can also accept cash payment & cheque. Form 35 correction.
2. What is the process for adding this level of access (Transport Permit only) to the SBC staff account?
In BCOL, the Government agent role includes having access to issue and amend transport permits. This role also includes
the search access.
3. What job aides exist for MHR that will need modernizing?
Service BC has job aids, MHR use notes and the MHR 2014 manual. The new Policy document should be a good reference. Service BC has their own job aides through Shelf and would require that we document changes so they can update their job aide. Shelf requires access and an access request has been placed.
4. Is any extra effort needed to have an invoice automatically marked as paid on the account? This currently works with PPR and is set up an account level but there's a need to verify.
This test needs to be made. In test the SBC ID BRTEST4 is set up but the invoice automatically marked paid works only for PPR, I tried in MHR when doing a new registration and it does not work, I cannot pass payment.

Request has been made for SHELF access so we can review current SBC job aides. I've also sent a request to Erin Borrows to ask if herself, or another staff member, would be open to walking us through their BC Online access to we could take screens grabs and identify any anomalies.
There are 2 MHR options in BCOL and the tests were done with only one of the options. The other option seem to have information to fill in by the user than the first one. I need to process further tests and compare.
