Background/current process
Currently when a Qualified Supplier, Service BC or Staff register a transport permit for a MHR that has a PPR SA against it, a notice of change in location is sent automatically to a BC Registry printer in the MHR staff area.
There is no email sent by the system and the user does not see any message to let them know that there is a PPR SA and the notice of change has been sent. See below the current notice.
Staff picks up the notice at the printer and sends it to the secured party, this is a legal requirement.
Note: we do not know if a notice of change in location is created for other PPR types than SA.
