Placing on hold until further work on iteration of the stand-alone filing is completed as sections may move.

@forgeuxGH5 I didn't see design info for the standalone filing focus tab order flow in the link. Was that done? If so, since the form has changed it might be that this isn't valid and needs to be revisited later?

We will pick up accessibility work in the next while and will have discussions on tools and approaches prior to doing that.
