For example: an amalgamation uses most of Step 1 (business info) Step 2 (People and roles); Step 3 (incorporation agreement); Step 4 (share structure); Step 5 (review)

• Ask devs how much effort to...
• do all the pieces?
• just the net new pieces?
• If all the pieces, will it trickle down to existing filings?

So much more work to remediate something that is existing. So net new filings focus is good.

Bring in devs to get better understanding of level of effort to fix existing components when being re-used.
