User Story

As a legal professional using the skeleton version, after filing, I want to be able to view the results of the filing, so that I can be assured the filing was successful.

Notes

After clicking "File Now (no fee)", if the data is successfully written to the database, the updated table of significant individuals appears, in read-only mode.

This is a component of the Review and Confirm page.

For the edit your business view we'll be looking at adding a table at the bottom that looks like this: image.png

@mstanton1 I figure having control listed here would be useful but not sure if that falls under the public info? We can adjust as needed.

@mstanton1 I'm just realizing that this may not be the correct view....where does the post filing live?

@J-Baese the filing ledger is on the Business Dashboard. When you log in to the modernized Registry and choose 'My Business Registry' you may then choose 'Manage Business' for an affiliated business and you will see the following screen. The Recent Filing History section is where a completed filing should be ledgered. I've included a screenshot below.

To Thor's comment, this page should only include public data which will not include email and address. In the Access Control Matrix which is in the requirements folder in the Google Drive (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zr3ud_RF89GAL7dFGVG69jmAN315ICZp/edit#gid=629614066) Avinash has noted public info for an SI is limited to Full Legal Name, Preferred name, Birth Year (not date, just year) and Citizenship or Permanent Residency. The only other details allowed in a public view relate to the business, which are already shown.

Right I found the file that was done up for it:

Now do we require any more info than that? @mstanton1 Open version was mocked up like this: image.png

@J-Baese I think the current version provides all required information.

Note - the second document link in the expanded view is 'Document TBD'. There may be one output with details redacted (Significant Individual Filing) but there definitely won't be a second. Receipt is still in question as well. I will reach out to Avinash to take a look at some other corp filings that have no charge to confirm if they generate a receipt.

@J-Baese @forgeuxGH5 with the discussion today further changes will be needed for this ledger to remove the EFFECTIVE as of MMM DD, YYYY. With the start/end date for each director we will have a filed and paid date, but do not have the same effective date concept.

What's the best way to keep these organized? This is much further out on the roadmap than the search or filing iterations. Does it make sense to just put it back into Ready to Start on the design board, and as I continue to review tickets / organize I can work to have that ready to start prioritized to line up with the roadmap?
