@fareenr @ethantspitt Let's begin brainstorming/requirements on this one so we can report a rough release date with others in the organization. I have put down the background and draft idea but I am open to this being tackled in another way, or via a number of smaller approaches. |

Background:
Corporate Online (COLIN)
The old COLIN system holds the BC corporation records for now. This will be modernized in Jan 2025.
In COLIN, each corporation has 1 email address on file. Some email addresses are used for hundreds of corporations.
There is on concept of an account in COLIN
SBC Connect
In the new system you need to affiliate (link) your account to a corporation in order to submit a filing for that business. This affiliation process could take a long time for those that manage hundreds of businesses. (see screenshot below for the different affiliation options)
