API - Add significant individual column

Additional details

• consider merging importers / trickle feeders (namex solr will be moving into this space as well so need to think about what works for the big picture of solr search projects)
  • NOTE: business search importer and trickle feed will need BTR db access now anyways
• rework registry search solr implementation to follow newer / more robust approach that person search implemented
  • user managed cluster
  • leader / follower images + paths
  • update service code / config accordingly
  • rework update process to follow same strategy as person search (necessary for partial updates from BTR people)
  • Does the 3rd party api endpoint for parties need to have this info?
• if time update query to use elements of newer alg from person search
