We updated the requirements - it now includes the following: For Cooperatives: For Benefit Companies |
Impact
In all of the COD design docs (eg https://sites.google.com/freshworks.io/bcros/co-op/change-of-directors)
it states:
Currently both the APP and API support this rule.
I don't believe this is correct, as an AR implies the directors are current and correct unless a COD is filed. The output of the AR also states the Directors at the time of the AR filing. Allowing a COD before an AR is actually a Correction and alters the AR.
Please advise what if this is correct behaviour, or if the requirements are incorrect and the App and API should be altered.
The if the Filer should be updated to handle this as a correction.
