Scoping this down to be just EFT unlock for now, we can fix the other flows after 1 type of statements are pushed to prod

The statement name on EFT Overdue screen, is not according to the statement page
On Overdue screen, statement name is August 31 - September 29, 2024
On Statement screen, statement name is September 1 - 30, 2024

Confusing Behavior on the "Make a Payment" Screen
For an EFT overdue account, follow these steps:

Go to the Account Suspended page.
Click Next to proceed to the Make a Payment screen.
Here are the issues observed:

The EFT option has a selected border, while the Credit Card option shows the radio button as active, causing confusion about which method is actually selected.
Regardless of the selected method, the EFT option always retains its selected border.
Upon the initial page load, the Credit Card radio button appears active. However, if you click Next without making any changes, it doesn’t proceed to the credit card payment screen. To use the credit card option, you need to first select EFT, then switch back to Credit Card before being able to proceed.
