@andyyanggov I just updated this ticket to reflect the overall user story. This one is about showing STRB contact info from application form and host dashboard. We do have another similar story for adding contact info for BCOL when they have issues creating accounts or login |

User Story
As a new user on the STR envelope (STR application form),
I want to know who to contact if I don’t understand how to fill out the form or encounter technical issues,
so that I can get immediate help and complete the process without delays or frustration.
Context
If users have questions regarding the form or encounter technical issues, we like to provide some contact information for STR Branch so users can reach out for support.
The exact contact info will be provided later. Please use something as a placeholder.
