Currently only individual owners or business/organization owners are included in search queries. Executors, Administrators, and Trustees are distinct types in the modern application and are excluded from owner searches.
We will need to update the search to include Executors, Administrators, and Trustees.
Developer Note:
The update is to 2 database views.
