Update to orientdb 3.1 lucene indicies #37

We are still primarily using orientdb 3.0. Although we support 3.1 we haven't yet moved our text-based indicies and searches to use lucene (https://orientdb.com/docs/last/indexing/Full-Text-Index.html)

Tasks

Swap to lucene index, test that all current searches can still be completed
Test if we can now search by sub-words that are not prefixes
double check this does not cause issues running the tests with bamboo (error seen previously where handles were left open and database could not be dropped post-tests)
