Quilting can fail at some scalre and different charts overlap creating a blurred text #40

In area where oesenc charts overlap, the quilting is incorrect and both charts can be displayed creating a blurred display on overlapping zone as chart are not 100% identical.

This is a bug in the core OpenCPN, not exclusive to oesenc_pi. The effect can be seen on standard S57 charts as well. Should be fixed in next Release of OpenCPN.
Activating "Declutter text" can improve the display in some cases.
