This folder contains the MatLab toolboxes used in this study:
- CSDplotter-master
- RasterPlot
- SDETools-master
and the function eegfilt.m from the toolbox EEGLab. This function was used to filter the simulated LFPs.
Please unzip the files and add all the toolbox to the MatLab path before running the codes.
