Some of the new parcellations I am attempting to incorporate have unusual behaviour in terms of large gaps in between parcels. There's a few different ways this could potentially be dealt with; but simply using the data as they are would not provide robust connectome construction. Also depending on the timeline of pushing out a fix for some of the more pertinent issues, I may disable access to these parcellations at the command-line, but leave the code in place for future updates once this can be rectified.
