Some dependencies are massive, e.g. FreeSurfer / FSL, yet only a fraction of their functionality are requisite for the operation of this specific tool.

Stripping away all unused data / functionalities from these softwares within the container recipes could drastically reduce the size of the final container files.

Use similar process to that of MRtrix3/containers:#2.

This may need to be prioritised not only for the sake of reducing container size, but also because CI is no longer able to complete due to MRtrix3 compilation taking too long.
