working on this update:

wanted: ability to only download partial nifti files (headers) to read to get length of the runs for each individual file
solution: datalad-fuse neurostars example

problem: cannot use fuse in docker (unless running with privilege) which you cannot choose to do using binder/etc. (fuse reference)
