LPhy Studio freezes when resampling some scripts #68

LPhy studio sometimes gets stuck at 10%, then crashes when "resample" button is pressed for these two example scripts:

Current workaround: I have temporarily removed these examples from the phylonco-lphy v1.2.0 release.
