The workshop will be held in room ED2018A of Memorial University's Education building - G.A. Hackman Building. You can find a map of campus here.
All airlines with flights to Newfoundland and Labrador are served by the St. John's International Airport.

You are responsible for arranging your own accommodation in St. John's. Some suggested accommodations in the St. John's city centre are listed below. Please note that these hotels are close to dining, but are not walking distance from the workshop venue (approx. 50 minutes' walk).

- Premiere Suites - guests attending MUN events may be eligible for discounted rates
The University also offers accommodation in its student residences, including Macpherson College and Paton College. These rooms are significantly closer to the workshop venue and the airport than the above hotels, but are farther from the city centre.
A light breakfast and snacks will be provided. You are responsible for your own lunch and dinner arrangements.
The workshops will begin daily at 8:30am and conclude between 5-6pm. Workshop schedules will be made available on the student tutorial site.
