'total_count' column in Adamson data is missing

Hi,

I am trying to run scFoundation on the Adamson data (https://figshare.com/articles/dataset/scFoundation_Large_Scale_Foundation_Model_on_Single-cell_Transcriptomics_-_processed_datasets/24049200?file=44498684), but noticed that it is missing the "total_count" column in the obs DataFrame:

The DataFrame does contain a column called "read count" and "UMI count", but both are smaller than the number of non-zero entries per cell. What is the best way to add the "total_count" to obs?
