Steps To Reproduce

Go to 'Chrome'
Click on 'Bitwarden' extension
Master password is not auto focused, an extra click is required to focus it

Expected Result

Go to 'Chrome'
Click on 'Bitwarden' extension
Master password should auto focus

Actual Result

Go to 'Chrome'
Click on 'Bitwarden' extension
Master password is not auto focused, an extra click is required to focus it
