Thanks for making this open source!

Is there a way to use this with disabled ui? (pm disable com.android.systemui)
It doesn't start when the ui is disabled

Ah, it doesn't find the system activities. You can try the appops and settings stuff mentioned in https://github.com/bk138/droidVNC-NG?tab=readme-ov-file#notes to get around this.

Already set

settings get secure enabled_accessibility_services
net.christianbeier.droidvnc_ng/net.christianbeier.droidvnc_ng.InputService

I ran that from root
cmd appops set net.christianbeier.droidvnc_ng PROJECT_MEDIA allow

see:

So I had to set settings put secure enabled_accessibility_services net.christianbeier.droidvnc_ng/net.christianbeier.droidvnc_ng.InputService with InputService.
Then it starts via command line, but for some reason it reenables the UI and asks to upgrade the screen capture. Looks like the new screen capture is deeply tied with the systemui process.
I will switch to ws-scrcpy then
