I am new to github. I want to try the OWNERS setup in my repository to create automated list of reviewers for the pull requests. Can i get step by step guide to setup OWNERS file and concept in a repository.

But it is for CODEOWNERS right. I would like to have OWNERS file for each directory in my project. So, this solution will be suitable for me. Can I get step by step guide to setup bkeepers/OWNERS in a gitbub repo.
