Integrate the Error Report Analyzer

The Error Report Analyzer is a Ship-It day project from the Vienna team.
It analyzes error reports created by Enterprise Imaging. You can find more information here: http://wikihealthcare.agfa.net/display/IIBURnD/Error+Report+Analyzer

It can already handle Jira issues if you past the URL or the issue ID into the textfield. So it should be easy to add a button that just opens the corresponding URL in a new tab.

Hi @Schoaf. We're happy to accept pull requests. I'd suggest an additional menu entry + hot key binding instead of a button that gets added to the JIRA page itself (especially since this feature will probably not used by most).

If you intend to work on the feature, I can assign this issue to you. Just say the word!

I also thought about adding an extra button. Yes maybe thats better.
