Feature Request: Search in Add Item Dropdown

I've been using the demo instance for a few months now and it mostly does exactly what I want.

Now that I've hit more than 100 items in my Add Item dropdown, scrolling through the list to find stuff is getting tedious. I think an easy fix would be making it possible to search/filter the dropdown list - same behavior as this example.

I can see that you haven't done much with this project in a couple years, but clearly you needed two open issues instead of one.
