Description

Address verification issues with notifications and verification process start.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Try to verify some contract (it should be verified in blockscout) you do not own - 0x883d0Cc723B6faaA4fE554429050395b64324EE0
  2. Decline the signature request
  3. Try to verify again, accept the signature request

No action, button is active, no other messages, what happened?
Expected result: We should start verification.
