Enhance BioPortal UI and API multilingual support,

  • Ontology terms should be presented in English by default. However, if the ontology contains labels in other languages preferred by users, there should be an option for users to view these terms in their chosen language.

@alexskr and @mdorf will discuss implementation of the UI for this task and get back to @marcosmro with a plan.

@mdorf will be responsible for developing the UI for this task. For the moment, we are still targeting the Jun 30, 2024 for a minimal UI deliverable.
