v1.10 - update for ruleset compatibility
- Compatible with current FG version again
- No longer compatible with Kelrugem's extensions (except height) until it is updated
- No more blind-fight automation (hopefully Kel will add to his extension).
- You can now see by how many increments of 5 an attack misses by (before it was only how many it hit by).

- Attack success/failure messaging will now announce by how much the attack hits (if it exceeds the defensive stat).

v1.6 - Script error when NPCs miss
- Don't try to count missed arrows for NPCs (as they have no ammunition info as their sheets are so simple). This was causing a script error during my game tonight.

v1.5 - Attack negation, ammunition bypass effect
- Don't roll attacks when weapons that require loading are not loaded.
- Further improve weapon-name detection (to fix weapons with an expanded crit range not working).
- Disable miss-counter and ammunition counter when effect INFAMMO is found on the character.

v1.4 - Fixes for ammo recovery and decrementation
