Once the repotool plugin is released by Symplectic, it will be time to consider how we promote the SE/Hyrax solution package, and get other institutions on board.

As part of that, I'd like to push the willow_sword gem into Samvera Labs. @anusharanganathan do you have any objections to promoting this into Samvera labs?

I'm adding an alpha functionality notice to the Elements configuration page - is it OK for me to put a link to the willow_sword GitHub page (i.e. https://github.com/CottageLabs/willow_sword)?
