Setting auth-rest-url to an https url makes it error with this message:

Aug 21 18:52:27.421 WARN PASS: Failed login attempt for user PaulH, reason=authentication error: rest authenticator http client error: Some(hyper::Error(Connect, "invalid URL, scheme is not http"))
