Add configuration to change the position of the comments input in the checkout.

I'm also looking for this. +1 Would love to be able to move it to the shipping step. For now I had to stop using the module again because this feature was missing.

How can we move this up or down compared to other fields created from other modules in the checkout?
For example I want this field to be the last field before the PLACE ORDER button, but now another custom modules shows stuff after it.

Unfortunately we are not going to implement this anytime soon. Feel free to open a PR
