The first release of Bonsai.DeepLabCut includes the following operators:

  • DetectPose: performs markerless pose estimation on the input image sequence using a pretrained DLC model
  • ConfidenceThreshold: discards body part positions below a specified confidence threshold
  • GetBodyPart: selects a body part by name from the detected pose
