Switch to vector-based kinematic pairs.

Every (vector-based tangent space version) kinematic pair just as a 6*k Jacobian inside instead of a screw axis.

For the 6 manifold ones (different issue?)

Perhaps I will postpone this until after #73 is resolved to reduce conflicts.
