PatternAnalyser

This projekt presents an example about how to use Voronoi-Diagrams and Delaunay-Triangulation on pointclasses files extracted from breast's cells to analyse and represent their patterns and structures

Executable

  1. First Clone the project
  2. Find the executable under: PatternAnalyser\PA.Executable
  3. Double click on "PAGui.exe"
  4. Use the TestSets under PatternAnalyser\cases
  5. Just Try it (*.CSV, *.TIF, even JPG will still work :))

Open the Project in visual Studio

  1. First Clone the project if you haven't make it until now
  2. Double click on the project file PatternAnalyser.sln in the folder PatternAnalyser
