[ipfs-storage] allow to use other IPFS service provider than Infura #668

ipfs-storage package is built on top of ipfs-http-client, that is:

now, obsolete
apparently doesn't work with other IPFS provider than Infura (for instance Pinata)

We would need the ipfs-storage package to easily adapt to different IPFS service providers
