Issue Description

We aim to meet weekly according to our available times and choosing our time slot dynamically. We have ambiguity on which platform to use or where to meet face to face. Moreover we are a bit late about deciding the meeting slot. I think, it can be good to have a page containing our communication tools.

Exactly! Agree...
Maybe we should also define some rules. (As you've done for meeting rules)
Personally, my inclination is to write an opinion/suggestion about something right away. This method can make tracking very difficult. A rule might be:
"everyone should save what they have in their pockets (take personal notes maybe) and write on the discord (or whatever) at certain times of the day. So that we will not have to look and answer all day long."

The meeting time and date are determined as 18.00 Thursdays, and the meeting agenda will be noted on the meetings notes page in the wiki. As the requirements of this issue are satisfied, I am closing the issue.
