This is a kind of "luxury issue", which could be interesting in the future, but not a priority. Naturally popped up when reading #64.
For a limb:
Be able to define a list of laminate layers, in order from limb belly to limb back (or which ever order seems more sensible)
Define material properties for each layer
Define thickness of each layer, at base and at tip
Example: [Glassfiber, Ash, Glassfiber], [Glassfiber, Foam, Carbonfiber], [Horn, Bamboo, Sinew, Birch-bark], etc. each with it's own properties
Additional features:
definable "library" of materials to pick from would be helpful to the user
(very) complex: be to enable different properties in different directions (wood fiber orientation, unidirectional carbon fiber, etc.) with the angle for the property (CF is often layed linear with limb on one layer, diagonally - for rotational strength - in another, in specific positions in the layering to offer the best properties in it's position) - at this point not only coding, but simulation will time consuming as hell XD

Yes, that's the same as #37. I'm actually working on it right now. I hope there will be a first version in the next release. A material library would also be nice to have. I made a separate issue for it here: #90.

[edit: just found #37 — the same?]
