Please set longer periods for each release as you clearly can't deliver with current schedules. Don't take this as an attack, but as a constructive criticism.
It doesn't make any sense setting a short timing if you can't make it done. Or said with other words: you're damaging your image as a team which can't deliver with it's own timing.

Just as ex:

Release 36 took more than twice the scheduled time to get released (almost 5 weeks vs the 2 weeks scheduled initially)
Release 37 is already late (as per the initial schedule in Trello).

Thanks for the feedback!

We actually have a long track record of shipping releases "on time". We are experimenting with a more flexible release schedule. Our target is still 2.5 weeks or so between releases, as we had been doing for each release prior to 36, but we will sometimes choose to delay if we're doing a bunch of infrastructure work and want to get in a nice user-facing improvement before shipping (which is the case for 37).

I suspect you'll still see future releases that come out on schedule, but we're trying out less strict timeboxing.
