sveltejs/language-tools#2452

svelte-check depends on svelte-preprocess v5 which depends on postcss-load-config v5. So ced cannot be updated to v6 yet.

but svelte-preprocess might removed as a dependency from svelte-check in svelte-check v4.

Either way, need to wait for svelte-check v4.
