Adblock doesn't block ads on streaming sites

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit this https://movpod.in/w533u5hoq2c7
2. Wait for the page to load
3. See horrible images which when clicked opens up sites loaded with malware

Actual result:

Chrome with uBO vs Brave Core

Expected result:

Should block all images and links which opens up malware sites

Website problems only:

• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields?
• Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome?
