GH inline Tip button is removed after page reload

Steps to Reproduce

Page reload removes the GH inline tip from GH pages below:

Tip button on stars tab of user profile - https://github.com/feross?tab=stars
Tip button on commits > branch name - https://github.com/brave/brave-core/commits/
Tip button on people page of org - https://github.com/orgs/brave/people
Tip button on team members page - https://github.com/orgs/brave/teams/android/members
Tip button on GH issue page - #11766
Tip button the PR page - brave/brave-core#5215

Note: Switch between the tabs fixes the issue.

Actual result:

GH inline Tip button is removed after page reload

Expected result:

GH inline Tip button should not be removed after page reload
