Any extension has site access info button links to Google Support Page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install any extension
2. Go to extension details
3. Click on the info button under Site Access, loads Google support page in a new tab

Actual result:

Loads https://support.google.com/chrome_webstore/answer/2664769?p=enable_extensions&visit_id=637504452936936517-2263661867&rd=1#extensionpermissions

Expected result:

Should load Brave Help center page
